What materials are used to make Venii footwear? +

We use high grade, Argentinian, full grain leather for Venii uppers. The inner side of the uppers are lined with soft, suede leather. Our footwear also has an all-leather sole that has a special anti-skid rubber embedded to give the wearer a firm grip while walking.

The lining and the sole sandwiches a layer of soft foam to provide cushioning for your feet.

What is 'Braidology' and why is it important? +

Originating in the ancient Sanskrit language, the word Venii refers to a braid and is used in various contexts to represent a confluence or a meeting point.

'Braidology' is a concept dedicated to exploring the rich cultural history of braiding. It is an ode to this timeless practice, and aims to decode the social, spiritual, and traditional meanings of braids across diverse cultures worldwide.

Through Braidology, we examine how the art of braiding is deeply woven into the heritage and identity of people around the globe, one tradition at a time.

Will the leather braiding hurt my foot or cause blisters? +

No, as all Venii uppers that hold the braids are fully lined on the inner side using soft suede leather, ensuring the braids have no contact with the wearer's skin.

How long does a pair of Venii sandals typically last? +

We use high grade, Argentinian, full grain leather for Venii uppers which offers exceptional durability and ages beautifully with a natural patina over the years. The sole of Venii footwear has two layers of premium leather engineered for superior durability.

Any issue with wear and tear, and defects related to craftsmanship of product will be individually addressed if raised. All Venii footwear also includes a 1-Year warranty.

Is the sole anti-skid? +

Our footwear features an all-leather sole, enhanced with anti-skid rubber at the forefoot and heel for a firm, confident grip with every step.

What should I do if I am between two sizes? +

We generally recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit. Please refer to our detailed Sizing Guide for exact measurements.

How will the Venii sandals fit over a long period? +

The leather will gently take the shape of your feet over time, and ease out without stretching significantly.

How do I measure my foot correctly for the best fit? +

Place your heel against a wall, mark the longest part of your foot, and compare the measurement to our Sizing Chart. We recommend measuring in the evening.

Care, Maintenance & Warranty

How do I clean and care for my VENII leather sandals? +

Regularly remove dirt with a soft brush and clean your footwear with a leather cleaner. Use Leather cream to condition the leather every few months and keep it supple.

To store your leather footwear, stuff it with neatly rolled newspaper to retain its shape and store them in breathable, cotton cloth bags.

What does the 1-Year Warranty cover? +

The 1-Year Warranty specifically covers manufacturing defects and structural issues, against faults like sole separation and stitch failure.

However, this coverage excludes damage resulting from normal wear and tear, such as worn-down soles or scuffs, as well as any accidental damage like cuts or water exposure.

How do I claim the warranty if I have an issue with my purchase? +

To initiate a warranty claim, write to us at customercare@veniworld.com providing your original order number and clear, well-lit photos detailing the structural issue or manufacturing defect. After reviewing the evidence, we will promptly guide you through the entire resolution process, which may involve repair, replacement, or a refund. Please remember that all claims must fall within the terms of the 1-Year Warranty.

How long does shipping take? +

Domestic shipping (India) is free and typically takes 5–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

What is your return and exchange policy? +

We offer free size exchanges and returns for unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Upon registering the request form at exchanges and returns you will be guided through the process.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? +

We operate as a digital-first brand and currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. For your convenience, we accept various secure online payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.

Can I track my order? +

Yes, a tracking number is emailed to you immediately after your order ships, allowing you to monitor its status in real-time.
