BIRCH is built for the man who wants more from his footwear than a strap and a sole. Two wide leather bands, one across the toes, one at the ankle, hold the foot with genuine security, fastened at the heel by a slim silver buckle that adjusts to the wearer. It is the most considered fit in the collection.

On the front strap sits a handcrafted grid braid, three columns of short parallel line segments, handwoven by artisans into a pattern that reads like a panel of deliberate marks. Graphic and structured.

The wide straps distribute weight evenly across the foot, making BIRCH as comfortable through a long day as it is assured in its appearance.The natural leather lined insole adds comfort, while the construction stays firm and assured. The layered leather sole, firm and grip-sure, completes the construction.
